Introducing the mdxMindset Podcast 🙇💭 A podcast series hosted by Dr Yousra Osman and Navya Chanolien from the MDX Wellness Office, aiming to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing topics, lessen stigma and encourage open conversations and help-seeking.
