It had always fascinated me how travel provides so much mental space.
Moving away from the daily routine allows all ( ok maybe not all but some) of those brain loops to be unraveled. Thoughts that have been silenced are permitted to speak. New ideas and aspirations are lit up .

Opportunities to travel are not always available however there are other ways of finding space: coaching is one of them. Working with a coach can help create the space and psychological safety required to work out what we need and what is stopping us from getting there. The empowerment and support provided by a coach can help us dare to dream big and unlock our potential to reach those dreams.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals.

2.5 years ago I moved to the USA from Dubai. I was prepared to take on the new job and the new country, less ready for the global pandemic to be thrown in to that mix. Meditation and yoga have been my tools for riding life’s waves for many years but guess what, my practice got less consistent when I needed it most. Humans will be humans!
Thank you for a magical yoga retreat and reset in Pachamama.
The blend of (spicy) yoga practice, funky playlists, sweet song, dance, stillness, spaciousness and connection with some damn lovely humans has been the perfect path back to self and a reminder of what really matters. 💗
