Our FS children worked so hard, learnt so much and had fun! I have learnt so much this year from our children. Our FS2 children are now well equipped and ready to begin their next adventure in Year One. Our FS1 children have fantastic foundations to continue their journey within the FS Curriculum. ☝️

Team REVIVE has won the UAE F1 in Schools National Finals 2024! 🇦🇪 We’re also proud recipients of the Best Enterprise Portfolio, Best Project Management, and Best Team Identity awards! 🥇📈🎨

Our hardworking students’ dedication and our unwavering commitment to being the have led us here. 💪✨

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll represent the UAE at the F1 in Schools World Finals in 2025 in a to be confirmed location, competing against the best national teams globally! 🌍🚗💨 and in 2024 with our last years winners Team ECOLYTE 🌍🚗💨

We’re now 2x UAE National Champions with two teams from our school flying the UAE flag internationally! 🇦🇪✌️

✨Horizon International School proudly celebrated its 1️⃣5️⃣th Anniversary with a spectacular concert. The evening was a night of Performing Arts showcasing the talents of many of our incredible students and staff members. The event included an array of stunning performances, from musical theatre extracts to choir performances, with our electrifying rock band. The concert not only highlighted the incredible talents within our school but showcased the resilience and sense of community amongst our performers. We were also delighted to be able to promote and support the Sparkle Foundation. ✨

The Leavers' Assembly is our opportunity to celebrate the end of the GCSE and A Level exams for our Year 1️⃣1️⃣ and Year 1️⃣3️⃣ students. 🎉

Whilst we know we will welcome Year 11 back to Post 16, it is important to acknowledge the end of GCSEs and the hard work and dedication that all students have demonstrated.

For Year 13 students, this formal assembly marked the end of their school career; their contribution to our school cannot be understated - they have lived our values and ethos and are truly wonderful human beings. They will be much missed and we look forward to hearing of their future successes! 🏆

Week 22 👇

This week, students, and staff from HIS made a visit to the Al Jalila Foundation. Al Jalila Foundation

We were very proud of our students, they were able to talk to the foundation about how they contributed and led different initiatives to help raise the donations we were able to contribute. ☝️

This year we made a significant contribution of 64,673 AED. The students witnessed our name being engraved onto a 💎 diamond-shaped tile, showing that HIS has raised well over 100,000 AED in donations so far. With determination in our hearts, we set our sights on the next milestone: trying to raise over 250,000 AED in total to upgrade our tile at the Al Jalila Foundation.

Our trip to the Al Jalila Foundation was not just about monetary donations; it symbolised empathy, kindness, and social responsibility within our school community. As we continue to strive towards our goal, we are reminded that the true measure of our success lies not in the numbers, but in the positive impact we create in the lives of others.

Together, we are making a difference—one act of kindness at a time. ❤️
