Biko Langka Special - A medley of sweet glutinous rice, coconut milk, langka bits and brown sugar topped with roasted coconut and latik.

Special Cassava Cake - A velvety blend of grated tapioca, creamy coconut 🥥,coconut strips (macapuno) topped with a brulee like sauce finished with grated cheese. Melt in the mouth goodness 😋

🌻 A combination of my favourite Belgian Dark Chocolates and French butter .🌻

I fell in love with these mini cakes, and first had them in Switzerland. So I really have special memories of it. 😍

It was in 2013 when we have decided to open our happy humble kitchen to sell sweet/savoury treats.

I named it after my firstborn "SHAN" because it was for him. He is a special needs child (ASD/SPD).
it was my way as a SAHM to help our son and send him to expensive therapies and schooling at that time.🌻
I stopped in 2015 when I had our 2nd child. 😊 Did not plan to bake again for clients apart from family and friends who requests baked treats from me sometimes. Until last year when the pandemic affected our family.

Being in the kitchen again and whipping each treat with utmost care and love thinking it's not for one but for our 2 boys. 😍🥰

I'd like to say a BIG THANKS to all of you who stayed/supported our family all these years and I feel so blessed to know that I've kept my loyal clients turned friends. To our new clients who trusted us with their cravings... Thank you.
