Application in Hotel Industry:
Common Application in hotels are in AHU, Chilled Water Pumps, in Cooling Towers, in Kitchen Fans and lastly in Laundry Dryers.
Some big hotels have their own Cooling Towers and the problem with cooling towers are it produce corrosive moistures that corrode bearings and break it very fast, AHU also are the watery environment and closed. Motors breakdown are caused by usually over greasing and kitchen fans are also closed.
MEMOLUB do is sealing the bearings from contamination and keeping the grease in ideal level all the time. Please see some pictures below of our installation.

MEMOLUB application in Condenser. Before when the maintenance staff was using grease gun they were using ladder to reach the l**e point which requires 2 or more staff and it was dangerous. Now, with MEMOLUB their task becomes easier and safer. Also the bearings are properly lubricated and sealed the bearings from corrosive moistures that will save them from bearing breakdown.

MEMOLUB Application in Kitchen Fan, it is enclosed, needs to remove the screws of the cover to see the bearing fan also need to move very fast for doing relubrication because the kitchen staff will be suffocated by smoke every time maintenance staff do the relubrication. Now, with MEMOLUB their problems were solved and the maintenance task becomes easier. The life of the bearings will be longer because the grease are maintain in ideal level all the time and the bearings are sealed from contamination. There will be no under or over lubrication, one of the causes of early bearing breakdown.
