// Team //
The team run is for groups of 5 runners, with each runner completing about 15km to give a total distance of about 72km. 4 runners must complete the first and last stage and individual runners the other stages. The route is marked by stage markers and the team’s support vehicle transports the other team members along the route. To be eligible for a prize each team of 5 must include at least 2 females. We recommend that teams register a spare, sixth runner in advance to avoid the difficulty of arranging border crossing passes last minute in case of any changes. The 50km team event follows a similar route and is suitable for families.

// Solos //
Hardy individuals can run the entire 72km distance solo or do a shortened route of either 50km or 30km.

// Registration //
Registration is now open and closes on 15 January 2016 or when the maximum number of solos and teams has been reached, without exception. If you are a resident of the UAE, or are on a visit visa, you will need to submit both your passport copy and visa copy. Registration includes a post-event buffet at the Golden Tulip Hotel, T-shirt, medal, goody bag, and refreshments. Register online at www.premieronline.com.

// Accommodation //
Traditionally teams have been encouraged to camp on the beach at Dibba the night before the run. You will need to make all your own arrangements for camping including food, beverages, fuel and BBQ grill. The weather is fairly cool at this time of year, especially at higher altitudes, and so teams should take warm, windproof and rainproof clothing, as well as the usual equipment and clothing for hot weather. If you are camping you may use the toilets and showers at the Golden Tulip Resort.
