- Family Members can Join along with member.

- Avoid fatty foods like butter, cheese etc at least 12 hrs before donation.
- Valid Emirates ID need to be carried.
- No physical Emirates ID. No Donation Possible.
- Cannot donate for 28 days if there are symptoms of flu.
- 30 Days gap from last date of travel outside UAE.
- Cannot donate blood for 6 months if received blood or blood products or surgery or dengue fever.
- Cannot donate blood if history of malaria.
- Cannot donate blood if history of jaundice after 11th bday.
- Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
- Cannot donate if any major health related issues.
