Responsibilities:
• Take the lead in crafting innovative interior designs
• Conduct thorough site inspections.
• Supervision to guarantee flawless ex*****on of design plans.
• Generate captivating 3D visualizations and renderings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, backed by an impressive portfolio showcasing your talent and expertise.
• Advanced skills in 3D visualization and drafting software. Basic knowledge of Revit is a must.
• Knowledge of Armenian is a must; knowledge of English is a big plus.

This project is situated in Balahovit village, Kotayk province, Armenia, on a 1128 sqm plot of land. The house has been thoughtfully designed for a family of five with a limited budget, aiming to create a welcoming haven complete with a pool and an outdoor gathering area. The primary concept behind the design revolves around clustering the living spaces around a central core. This core encompasses the entrance and a hall, providing direct access to the backyard and serving as a nexus between private and public zones.

Our new project as has been designed considering client's requirement on having an open plan keeping divided public and private spaces without separating walls.
Achieving this goal was possible by adding a void separating public and private spaces .The VOID represents a NEGATIVE SPACE takes the role of connecting spaces and levels of the house.
Separated private and public spaces are extending to 2nd floor as NEGATIVE SPACES (double heights) creating open views in 2nd floor and connecting the both levels visually.

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer - 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the design process, helping clients visualize their spaces and translating concepts into stunning 3D renderings and visualizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for interior designs and construction drawings. Your unique blend of creativity and technical expertise will be pivotal in delivering exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate closely with the design team to grasp project objectives and requirements.
-Work collaboratively with clients to understand their preferences and design needs.
-Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces.
-Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, color palettes, and material selections.
-Create precise and compelling design presentations for clients.
-Participate in client meetings to present and discuss design concepts.
-Craft mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively convey design concepts.
-Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the accurate ex*****on of design vision.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
-Minimum 3 years of Experience.
-Proven track record in interior design, supported by a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work.
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and Corona/V-Ray Renderer.
-Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently.
-A deep passion for creativity and a discerning eye for detail.
-Fluency in Armenian is a prerequisite; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating visual representations of architectural designs using software programs and tools. Day-to-day tasks will include creating 3D models, rendering images, creating animations, and producing walk-throughs. The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, planners, and designers to produce high-quality visualizations of construction projects.

Qualifications

-Visualization and Graphics skills
-Experience in Graphic Design and Lighting
-Drawing skills
-Proficiency in 3D modeling software
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Urban Unit LLC is looking for an enthusiastic experienced Interior designer who will be responsible for interior design projects.

Main Responsibilities:

-Doing the Interior design
-Preparing high quality 3D visualizations for presenting to the clients
-Preparing drawings, shop drawings and other necessary documents for construction
-Participating in building materials selection processes
-Visiting construction sites for supervising processes.

Qualifications:

-Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
-Skills: Ability to create high quality 3D visualizations and drawings, high understanding of design specifications, high teamwork sprit.
-Software knowledge: Autodesk Revit or Autodesk AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray or Corona renderer or any other, Adobe photoshop, minimum knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of other software will be considered as a plus.
-Fluency in Armenian is a most, knowledge of English is a plus.
-Job experience: Preferably 3 years.
