ANGOLA WAVES

Uncertainties and nostalgia took over our heads - We have not been to Namibe since 2019.
However, it was on the very first night in Cabo Ledo that we realized what an unusual group we were, driven by the common search for waves and experiences in territories explored by few. We now had to fulfill what we had committed to: offer an unforgettable trip.
And so it was, together with a staff with which a strangely familiar relationship was established, we managed to set up and structure camps with all the comforts, offer food and meals of an unimaginable quality and organize tours through paradisiacal places in the desert, almost cinematographic I would say. For us, an attentive, efficient and friendly team, concerned with pleasing its customers, nothing failed. We were just unlucky with the waves but even that did not prevent everyone from leaving with smiles on their faces and wanting to return.

As incertezas e as saudades apoderavam-se das nossas cabeças - desde de 2019 que não íamos até ao Namibe.
No entanto, foi logo na primeira noite em cabo Ledo que percebemos o grupo fora de série que se constituiu, movidos pela procura comum de ondas e experiências em territórios explorados por poucos. Restava-nos agora cumprir aquilo a que nos comprometemos: oferecer uma viagem inesquecível.
E assim foi, juntamente com um staff com que se estabeleceu uma relação estranhamente familiar, conseguimos montar e estruturar acampamentos com todo o conforto, oferecer alimentação e refeições de uma qualidade inimaginável e organizar passeios por lugares paradisíacos no deserto, quase cinematográficos diria. Para nós, uma equipa atenciosa, eficaz e amável, preocupada em agradar os seus clientes, nada falhou. Tivemos apenas azar com as ondas mas nem isso impediu que no final todos saíssem de sorrisos na cara e com vontade de voltar.

CABO LEDO

Cabo Ledo beach is the most frequented by surfers and is baptized by its regulars as The Surfers Beach. Here you can enjoy a wave almost perpendicular to the beach and that rolls through the extension of the whole bay. This makes reaching the peak much easier and is a feature that you will find in many other beaches in Angola. Located near a fishing village, 120km from Luanda, Cabo Ledo
is one of the most important areas for tourism and offers nowadays first-class accommodation. Beyond the surf, adventure is everywhere, with beautiful paths to cross, totally virgin climbing spots and a highly developed animal life on the famous Kissama National Park.

It is an amazing road trip full of exciting views where you’ll camp on the beach, under the stars, contemplating the incredible empty waves. 1 Route: Luanda to Namibe province. The first night will be at a resort in Cabo Ledo, to make the last introductions and close with the group the final itinerary
2 The goal: surfing the famous Tombwa
3 Gear: Each client has a tent to themselves, with mattress, sleeping bag and pillow.
