Es todo acerca de la identificación de sus límites autoimpuestos ─ y empujando más allá de ellos.

Hi there! This is me:) I am an Aussie who just moved to BA 3 months ago. I love fitness and worked as a personal trainer for 8 years in Australia.

If you have had enough of feeling unfit, over weight or you find that you are getting through your days with a complete lack of energy - then I am here to help you!

I specialise in injury rehab and prehab, weight loss, muscle gain, postural correction, pre and post natal and general fitness improvement.

My spanish is currently at a low level so sessions are ideal for expats or those wanting to learn english while getting fit! But know that both spanish and english is more than welcome here as I too will be switching between both languages!
