This is a little sequence to open your hips and work on the mobility of your lower back. This is a great preparation for more advanced poses or simply to get more mobility. I am very tight in my hips, so this is also something I should be practicing regularly.
In this flow it is very important to keep a straight lower back at all times. If you want to go deeper into the poses, simply allow your body to fall forward a little more while breathing out. But please don't force yourself, listen to your body and the signs it is sending to you.
Also, hip openers tend to release deep hidden feelings, so you might feel some emotions rise up while practicing.

This is a little flow I came up with in August. I am far from perfect in my execution of the different asanas, but the important thing in Yoga is to show up and to stick with your practice. Whether it be 10 minutes of meditation or an hour of asanas, it doesn't matter. The important thing is to get on the mat and practice. #yoga #practice #meditation #mindfulness
