The concept of leadership takes on different meanings from culture to culture. In fact, the word "leadership" doesn't always easily translate into other languages. Regardless, we all agree that leadership is a multidimensional set of actions and behaviors. In your Schwarzman Scholars application, or other professional or academic applications, it can be important to see a demonstration of your leadership. Beyond the titles, roles, and recognitions, leaders have to show that they care for the communities they serve. This requires a strong command of empathy and curiosity best illustrated by an exemplary character that draws from lived experiences of leading.

During this session, an admissions representative for Schwarzman Scholars will lead a presentation and discussion to unpack the chaos and distill all this into a compelling set of concepts that can be framed in a Schwarzman Scholars application and in other types of applications (jobs, graduate school, other competitive fellowships.) You don't want to miss this discussion!

This event is on campus. Please register here: https://buff.ly/48ZAPoI
