In about two weeks, as usual, we're changing our menu to seasonal items. Lots of Bärlauch and asparagus coming!
In the meantime, better fill your belly full of the delicious short ribs before they go off the menu in exchange for the slow braised bbq spare ribs again 😍

There's only one way to cure the hangover from this weekends sessions, and that's with a Sunday roast or the St Patrick's day specials.
Sunday we've got beef and lamb roast, seafood chowder and coddled pork!
