Slip is a conventional method for escaping punches and immediate countering
The slip and roll boxing movements are essential defensive moves. Slipping and rolling are moves used in boxing to avoid being punched.

✅ Pay attention:
Two of the most fundamental concepts of boxing are defense and offense. As important as it is to learn how to hit, it's equally important to learn defense techniques to avoid your opponents' gloves as they come flying toward you.😉👊🏼

Hey Guys, Today we are so happy to want to demonstrate one of popular combinations in and .

This combo has some nice points.
- first of all, It starts and ends with kicks.
- You use a deceptive blow (lowkick), then hit his head body.
- and as lots of very other combos, and like lots of other combos, you use punches and kicks in differs points of body.

Today I wanna show you a simple combination that you can use in boxing or kickboxing fights.
It's very simple and tricky. You throw some straight punches to the face and the body of opponent and between punches you go down and up.
When you go up, you actually use the power of your legs (when you stand up) to act like a pressure spring and throw the uppercut to the opponent's face.

You can do it several times by each attack.
DON'T forget to close your guard when you go down, because your face is exposed to kicks.

The "bob and weave" technique, which involves leaning and circling with the head while changing the position of the upper body, is one of the cornerstones of a solid boxing defense. Incorporating the bob and weave technique into your defensive tactics will make you harder to hit and help take your skill to the next level.

Bobbing and weaving is usually accompanied by a drill. The bob and weave does not have to be done with a forward jump because the opponent is close to you. But you can do it when opponent hit and goes back or when you want to mislead him/her.

Never forget to slip on the outside of the punches or the opponent's body. Of course, you can also slip into the opponent's body, but this is a high risk and is not recommended for beginners.

When sliping, do not move too far from the opponent, also it is recommended to be close to the opponent's body and lean forward slightly. This helps you to rise quickly and counter-attack.

Today I’m going to share with you some ways to defend against the front (push) kick.
You might fight someone who's very good at using his tips for his front kick, so I'm going give you different defences to avoid getting hit with the front kick and remember a front kick is used to keep you at distance attacking.

Let's take a look at the first one. At first step, we can use our elbow to swat that kick away and redirect it. Then we see his backside and can hit him easier. During to defence we have to do sidestep, because it helps us to be sure there is no risk.
Second one, we can do it with our forearm. It works as same as elbow as well as our opposite palm to take and redirect the kick.
We recommend always to go outside of fighter's guard where cannot do anything, but it's also not a bad idea if you're really good to come inside an attack on different way so don't over focus on it.

Today I'm showing you the switch kick which is our switch lead kick.
The key to a good switch left kick is starting with our feet in more of a defensive position.
The biggest mistake people make is when they throw their left kick they start with a very long stance so when you have a long stance, it's really hard to switch it becomes very slow and it becomes very difficult.

It's a very effective weapon because the left switch kick is the closest weapon to your target.

Note: I'm not switching my hips, I'm not switching completely to where my hips and chest are facing the different direction. so I'm switching only my feet.

Today I am going to show you a combination with forward shuffling. Forward shuffling happens by pushing off the front foot and follow by hind foot. You load the back foot, push off, move forward.
So, repeat the below steps several times:
1️⃣ Shuffle forward (remember to keep distance between foots correctly)
2️⃣ as same time with shuffling throw right hook.
3️⃣ continue to attack with a jab. Of course, you can do it with left hook instead of jab as well.
4️⃣ we finish this combination with a kick, either low kick or middle kick.

Today I want to learn you a great and practical kickboxing combination with sidestep.
The key is you have to be closer the opponent and be able to get out of the way of his power shot.

There are differ side steps in various situations, but I want to show you how you can go toward and break the guard of opponent.

1️⃣ First my left foot (forward foot) takes a step forward, keep the weight on your front leg then the right foot going to give it back to the side as I do in video. You should now be rotated 45 degrees relative to your opponent.
2️⃣ attack with a cross and left hook to chin.
3️⃣ finally come to kick to the head or body.

2️⃣ then going to wave when your opponent hits with left hook and respond his attack with a left shot liner (hook liner) and right hook.
