Minimalism - is this Art?

Here's to imperfection
When it comes to analogue photography, a lot can happen. Sometimes these surprises ruin a photo, sometimes they make it.
This photo suffers from imperfections on so many levels, I don't even know where to start:
- the round black frame comes from a cheap zoom lens where the glue holding the rings in place has come off ...
- the bright vertical spot is a light leak from the camera (it moves around and is there from time to time, I don't really know where it comes from)
- the tiny white spots on the negative are (probably) a faulty development process I did (see my blog for the reason)
- the white spot at 10 o'clock on the border is actually sensor dust from the Nikon D800 I use to do my DRLS scans of the negatives.
Nevertheless, I think it is a beautiful image, maybe only because of these imperfections? What do you think?

If you go to the clothing department, you cross a dark aisle with an assortment of wonderful mirrors - unfortunately they all have ‘inventory’ stuck on them and so you have no choice but to stroll on in awe.

Carla am Mittersteig impresses not only with its sheer size (four halls totalling 4000m2!) and the associated variety of products, but also with the history of the building: many charming details on the building are reminiscent of earlier times
