A WONDERFUL APARTMENT WITH AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION

The location of the apartment was really good. The flat was clean, tidy and its style was fascinating.
Iris was very nice and helpful, especially with the book that had some restaurants and cafes, as well as other places of interest in the district written inside.
I'd definitely recommend the place to a friend and would probably stay there again if i go back to Vienna. I am pleased with our vacation and the spirit of the town.

"Bei diesem Apartement hat alles gestimmt. Altbauwohnung im Jugendstil mit hoher Decke wie man sie typisch in Wien vorfindet. Alles war da und mehr (Im Bad sogar kleine Shampoofläschchen). Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Stil und Geschmack. In zwei Ordnern findet man alle wichtige Information und nützliche Tips auch für Unternehmungen. Freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen und interessanten zentral gelegenen Stadtviertel mit Straßencafé um die Ecke und allem was man sucht. Trotz der Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe relativ wenig Verkehrslärm der uns nicht gestört hat. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen. "

We are a family with 3 teen daughters and we spent in Vienna the Easter holidays for 5 days. We found great helpfulness in Iris, the owner, for all the prompt answer to our questions and the issues we had with the bank tranfer. The apartment is very well arranged: nice style in the furniture so that it's a pleasure to stay in, very well cleaned and very well provided with all the needed home devices (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, boiler, coffee maker, .... ). The owners provide also a giude with all the instructions to use the appliances and also a turistic guide with a selection of their preferred turistic places and ways to spend the free time. The position of the apartment is central with a lot of transports out of the door, but we preferred usually to reach the city center on foot (about half an hour walking). There are also a lot of supermarkets close to the apartment, plus bakery, to***co and resturants. We arrived their by car and Iris help us to find a solution for all the week (a private parking nearby with a weekly tarif of 50 euros) because in Vienna, as in other Austrian cities, it is not possible to park in the street all the day long close to the center. In colclusion: highly recommended for your short or long stay in Vienna.
