21/10/21: today Panzer8 was born, with the scope of bringing a taste of Italy in the South West Region of Western Australia.

Panzerotto is a savory turnover that originated in Central and Southern Italian cuisine which resembles a small calzone, both in shape and dough used for its preparation, but with a different way of cooking it. In fact, while calzone is oven-baked, panzerotti are fried 😊
