We are looking to hire some new team members. Shifts available Thursday-Sunday. All training provided. Immediate start. Come and say hi 👋

Our pizzas are pretty special. Our dough is slow fermented making it easy to digest, light but slightly chewy.

We hand stretch to order, all of our amazing team have been trained in traditional Italian techniques.

We cook in our wood oven which imparts a unique flavour and crunch. We use wood from a local olive grove which is a bi-product of the olive oil industry.

We use Italian pizza flour and San Marzano tomatoes and every other ingredient is proudly South Australian.

Our oven is fuelled with olive wood for high burning temperatures and beautiful flavour. Olive groves require regular pruning to make machine harvesting achievable.
