So here’s the coat I made for my daughter this winter, featuring me, your local yarn freak 🙃😎😂

This thing is dense and warm but breathable at the same time… length can be customised and can be done with or with out a hood in a variety of textures 🥰 such a lovely winter piece! Think ima need one of these!

Sorry if this is abrasive but when I’m constantly slapped in the face irrespective of a discount I’ve already slipped in, it stings…

I am not Kmart.
This stuff is handmade stitch for stitch.
Cheap is not good and good is not cheap.
And I will not cop anyones negative behavior!

I didn’t wanna ever have to do a post like this but here we are…..

No my work is not cheaply priced. But check out other artists, you’ll see I try my best to keep my prices down without messing myself up. More often than not I’m actually underpricing my time and receiving less than $5 an hr 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I do out of love for my work and my desire to see the joy it brings others…. I don’t mind sometimes charging a little less to be repaid with a grateful smile and knowing that the item I made will bring joy to another…. I also do this stuff for my mental health… the ones who know me from other platforms are quite knowledgeable on my back ground and why I do what I do, being a sufferer of BPD/BIPOLAR/PTSD/ANXIETY has not been easy but my crochet and art in general has kept me going….

I understand sometimes you’re not expecting to hear a bear is $120+ but remember I do these stitch for stitch in my own time, some items take 6-8 hrs some up to 80 hrs. And I do this more hours in the day than some realise…

I’m also a mum of a special needs teen. So I work hard in all aspects of my life….

So when I give you a price for something you liked and you can’t afford it, don’t LAUGH at me, be rude or talk down. Because all this does is ensure you’ll never be able to get me to create for you and makes YOU look foolish and unkind.

The money you spend here isn’t buying a corporation a new car or a trip to Bali. It’s a helping a solo mum and her daughter get through the fortnight a little easier.

SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS AND HOBBYISTS

Or buy foreign made plastic s**t that’ll break in a week…. Up to you 🤷🏻‍♀️
