For recruiters to find success in their job, Jodi Walton believes in having a natural curiosity when interviewing candidates. “I've always been more comfortable asking a lot of questions than answering questions,” says Jodi. “It's good to have some set questions [that you can] follow. But you need to be open to the nuances, the time, people's facial expressions and things like that. If you see something, dig around a little bit more.” “You can go off on lots of different tangents.
