For Mental Health Month 2021, our neighbour Liana is offering two FREE yoga sessions on Saturday morning October 9.
Join Liana for some much needed stretching and relaxation. Liana is a qualified yoga teacher that teaches vinyasa style flow filled with curiosity, humour and laughter.

Be in the moment ... slow your mind down. It is easier said than done but using strategies to slow down the body will allow your mind to follow.
Sometimes it’s too easy for us to get caught up in the daily hustle and bustle - we want to do everything at once! It’s important to slow down every now and then and to learn to be present. 💜
That big staircase looks daunting and thought of climbing up all of those steps without knowing how you will feel when you reach the top or what you may find, can be petrifying.
But taking the first step is the beginning of your journey and you are very brave to take it.
Not knowing how things will turn out should never stop you from trying.
