Meet Nicole Gollan, Director & Founder of Nik&Co. Consultancy. A proud Ngarrindjeri woman & Mother living on Kaurna Country. With a Bachelor of Education, Nicole taught in a Primary School setting for 5yrs & has since taught in various capacities for the past 15yrs in a variety of sectors including the Dept. of Education, the Dept. for Child Protection & Local Government. Nicole is progress focussed with extensive experience in strategic planning inclusive of a cultural lens, this has influenced meaningful reconciliatory change in many facets. Nicole is very proud of her cultural heritage & is motivated to make a genuine difference in all communities for the greater good, not only in honour of past but for current & future generations, like her 11yr old son, Cohen. Very exciting times ahead, watch this space...
