Meet, Nada! ✨

Nada moved from Vietnam in 2008 and from a young age was treated to authentic Vietnamese food by her grandma. 🇻🇳

Taking inspiration from her grandma, Nada has opened up Roll In Saigon to share her family’s traditions through food. Nada spent hours studying her kitchen, sometimes into the dark hours of the night to perfect her menu. She hopes that you can love the food as much as she loves making it! 🥰 🌯 🥙

🐟 Made with influences from our owner, Nada's Grandmother's traditional recipe; the new Roll In Saigon Salmon Claypot (Cá Hồi Kho) is now available at Roll In Saigon.

The tộ in cá kho tộ refers to the clay pot this dish is traditionally prepared in and has been a popular dish in southern Vietnam since meat and fish are so plentiful.
