Building confidence.
Form correction.
Hot girl s**t?
Did you know Bree is a qualified pre and postnatal coach? 👶 (as well as a second year student midwife). I studied with to ensure I could train my beautiful clients through all phases of their life, including pregnancy and postpartum.
There are so many benefits to exercising during pregnancy, and to support your recovery after baby arrives!
Did you know 👀
➡️ Many women found consistent exercise helped to reduce or alleviate nausea and morning sickness during pregnancy!
➡️ Staying active benefits mums mental health, sleep, a decreased risk for severe pelvic pain, low back pain, a shorter labour and active pushing phase AND showed decreased postpartum recovery time.
➡️ Exercise throughout pregnancy can help prevent pelvic girdle pain from occurring in later gestations.
I’ve got so many more pregnancy fun facts I would love to continue sharing, and I’m ALWAYS up for a chat about anything related to birth, pregnancy and postpartum. 🫶🏽 DMs are always open my milfs xoxo
Slow and steady wins the weight loss race..
Honestly I debated putting up a transformation piccy, because it’s not usually BREEFITS vibe. However, my attitude towards body positively isnt that fat loss is bad, it’s more you shouldn’t ever hate yourself in the process.
Over the last year I’ve really focused on what I could add, rather than on restriction. I added more veggies, more nutritional based foods added to my sweet treats, more movement and more self care. 2024 has been around prioritising my health, healing (and midwifery 👶) and I’m truly feeling the best and happiest version of myself.
Thought it would be rude not to share! 🙈
This post was 28 days in the making - actually 24. Slay for everyone being different.
Just a little uterus reminder that it is sooo normal for your body to change throughout your cycle (and like, also throughout the day let’s be real).
My uterus pouch is there 100% of the time, but it does however become quite defined in the luteal phase and sticks around for another week. Studying midwifery and learning all the finer details of the female hormones, the ovarian cycle, uterine cycle and the process the body goes through to maintain a healthy cycle; I have gained such an appreciation for what my body does.
➡️ This appreciation also helps me to accept the size changes my uterus makes throughout the month, and acts as a good reminder for those moments I’m feeling down about my body.
Just remember ladies: you’re not ugly, you’re just not in your follicular/ovulatory phase… aka the bad bitch phase 😂

I know we all know Instagram is a highlight reel.
However, sometimes I think we all need a little reminder that we only see what our following allows us to see.
It would be easy to say stop comparing yourself to Instagrams posed angles and good lighting photos. So instead, I’m saying choose to follow accounts, fitness or otherwise, that show all sides of the story. All angles, lightings and raw untouched photos which remind you that no one is perfect.
I hope you remember this little reminder as you share meals with friends and take happy snaps 📸 this long weekend!

Allow me to reintroduce myself:
My names is Bree, the one and only personal trainer of BREEFIT. My mission is to lead and inspire a community of boss women, who embrace their femininity and choose to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I’ve worked in gyms as both a Zumba instructor and gym manager for 8 years, but started my own PT business in 2019, right in time for the pandemic 🙃. However, I’m still here 👋🏽 thriving, and ready to empower you to feel confident in the skin you’re in!
I offer budget friendly training options, designed suit everyone, including uni students and apprentices. (Fun fact, I’m actually a uni student too 👶).
I’m also qualified to train pregnant clients, as I got my pre & postnatal training certificate in 2022. So whether you’re planning a pregnancy, pregnant or postpartum, I’m ready to help you achieve your fitness and strength goals!
I love working out of , as the staff and culture is unmatched. It’s a safe space, inviting to everyone and every body. The gym is always clean and there’s never a line up for equipment!
I offer free, non obligation consultations, if you’re interested in joining the BREEFIT community. It’s as easy as a comment, DM, email or asking the staff at 🫶🏽 If you made it this far, thank you for listening! Have a slay day x
The easiest way to get out of bed for a 6am session, is to have besties meeting you there! 👯♀️
Small group sessions are offered x3 per week. Its all individual programming so you can have the perks of programming at a budget price! DM Breefit ‘👯♀️’ if you want some gym besties!!!
Who is on a mission to grow their glutes? 🍑
Or are you team capped shoulders? 🧢
Tell me in the comments what’s your focus over winter? Team glutes or shoulders ⬇️⬇️
BREEFIT caters your training to suit you! 💃🏽💃🏽 I train a diverse group of people who specialise in different areas like dance, motorbike racing and ice skating! If you’re looking to improve in your sport or just experience less daily aches and pains, send a DM now and let’s get working!
Weight loss as a rule isn’t complicated, executing it is!
I continuously tell my clients, there are no magic numbers when it comes to reps, sets, steps and calories; doing what worked for someone else probably isn’t the right answer for what you need.
If you’re trying to lose fat, think about what habits lead you to put fat on and start changing those habits. Don’t focus on what you think you should be doing based on what worked for a friend or influencer.
Daily habits is where the results are, stay consistent friends. 🤍 DM’s are always open.
To often when people decide to lose weight or gain muscle, they go full send (aka over commit)…
Which, when you get a burst of motivation or are feeling desperate for results, it’s tempting; but often these big changes are too different from our current lifestyle choices and habits, and therefore quickly becomes unsustainable. Starting with small, achievable wins is a great (and more successful) place to start.
Stop focusing on smashing the gym x5-6 days a week- if you’re currently not going in at all, and instead start with showing up once week or twice a week and sticking to it! 🙌🏼 As we achieve small habits, it continues the cycle of wanting to keep going. As going ‘full send’ leads to flakey results, burn out, or simply being unable to sustain all the big changes; this leaves us stuck in this over commitment and drop off cycle.
Instead of focusing on steps, gym, food, sleep, recovery and calories all at once. Try picking one habit you want to improve and work on getting consistent achieving it! When you’re nailing it 80% of the time, pick a new habit and continue the chain of success!
If you need help getting off the cycle and yo-yo style of exercising. Start a conversation via DM and let’s work together to be successful in achieving your goals! 2023 baby, it’s your year! 🤩
Find your motivation by starting now 🤩
Strength training in pregnancy can seem like an overwhelming topic; there is so much contradicting information, opinions and judgements being pushed on the pregnant population.
However, Breefit follows a women centred style of training, designed to give pre and postnatal mums the confidence to make informed and autonomous decisions in regards to their body, training and nutrition.
Similarly to a pregnancy itself, each experience can be different from the last.
It’s the same for strength training, to which there are only few blanket rules or guidelines. As a result, exercise can become a scary or overwhelming topic.
It’s true, your personal ability to either gain, maintain, or mitigate muscle loss depends on your current training level. Would you believe a newbie to strength training, would actually gain the MOST strength and muscle during pregnancy (over an experienced lifter) and in a totally safe way!
If you’re looking for answers, guidance, support and safe structure during your pregnancy or postnatally, contact Bree via DM’s or email (in bio) to reap the rewards strength training has to offer you.
FREE photoshoot to capture all your b***y and back gains 📸 Join me and the team on the 27th of Jan for free piccys (why not spice up your Insta or hinge profile). DM or comment me if you’re interested!
I’m all for New Years resolutions if now is the time you’re ready and willing to set intentions and goals for yourself. ⬇️
I’m also not against having weight loss
(aka fat loss) as a goal.
However, sometimes the goal of weight loss itself isn’t productive or realistic if it has negative connotations attached to it.
If your desire to lose weight is coming from a place of self hatred, it is likely you’ll go about it entirely wrong. Which leads to:
➡️ Restriction
➡️ Over committing (going full send)
➡️ Over training (under recovering or under eating to support an intense training routine).
➡️ Low calorie focus rather than nutrition adequately foods.
A performance based goal- like the few examples listed above, can help to change the perspective and possibly still result in fat loss; but in a much healthier way!
Including:
➡️ Incorporating variety and balance
➡️ Eating to support your exercise and training routine
➡️ Maintainable and realistic plan
➡️ Nutrition focused rather than just eating as little as possible.
If you’re exercising to accomplish a performance goal, it’s probably because you enjoy the chosen style of training or the endorphins you’re receiving. (Because who really enjoys running 🥵💀).
When your goal comes from a place of self respect or empowerment you’re much more likely to achieve it.
If you need help changing the perspective or becoming your healthiest self in 2023, DM Bree to book a non obligation (free) consultation!
Happy New year friends 🤍🤍
So grateful for for all your love and support over 2022 🤍🎄 A massive thank you to everyone who participated in PT, online coaching, shared a post, liked a photo or followed . My small business wouldn’t be possible without you all! Much love & Merry Christmas! Love Bree # #
The silly season can be stressful! Budget problems, Christmas presents, organising food and events. Nevertheless, this is not the time to give up on your self care practises!
This is a time when you actually need it most; you need to keeping prioritising yourself through stressful times and/or the holiday season. 🤍
It doesn’t need to be expensive, it can be as simple as calling a friend, a coffee in the sun or going for a hot girl walk. As much as I love phrases like “you can’t fill from an empty cup”.
It implies that the only reason you should look after yourself is for others. However, it’s my opinion that everyone should get to practise self care (self maintenance) just because you are worthy- and not just to serve others.
The Breefit community are coached in why and how to incorporate self care practises, building confidence- both in and outside the gym, and we go beyond exercise/strength training.
If you want to be apart of the community, don’t wait until January! Choose you, for you 🙌🏼
3 weeks post endometriosis surgery and starting to reintroduce movement into my routine. Comment below ‘🫶🏽’ if you want a mini workout example to get moving again!
You’re making a commitment to yourself, but that doesn’t mean you need to commit to PT forever.
Breefit personal training is here to help you navigate learning the equipment, correct lifting technique, create structure, discipline and tailor programming. My goal as a personal trainer is to educate you, leaving you confident, safe and strong; strong enough you can do it for yourself when the time comes.
It’s true, alot of my current clients joined with the intention to just do a session or two, but quickly realised:
A) They need more guidance or corrections then they realised.
B) PT sessions improved their consistency, accountability and efficiency in training and exercise.
C) They really enjoy the social aspects and personal approach
D) All of above
Personal training is designed to help, assist and empower YOU. Whatever it is that you need. If the fear or commitment is holding you back, start with just one session; dip your toe in the water 💦 and go from there with no expectations or pressure.
Join Breefit and the boss bitch community to start feeling empowered, confident and strong. ❤️🔥❤️🔥 It’s hot girl summer all year round.
The goal doesn’t have to be weight loss or muscle gain ⬇️⬇️
is the superstar of Rowe racing team, known for racing the worlds greatest (and most dangerous) motorcycle course, Isle of Man; a track carved into the country’s public roads.
Royce’s goal in the gym has been all about the road to recovery after an accident racing the Isle of Man. Royce is super dedicated to his training and rehabilitation, but also maintains a healthy balance of fun and living his best life.🍷🥃🍔🍻
Together we have been working towards:
* Increasing hip mobility
* Improve range of motion in compound lifts
* Increase flexibility
* Build strength and muscle mind connection
* Prepare for getting back on the bike…in a new style of racing!
Royce is the ultimate role model of resilience, consistency and bravery. It’s an honour to be apart of his team, getting him back on the bike racing again. 🏍 *Swipe to see the action*
If your goal is unique, sports or rehabilitation based; DM 🏍 now to start forming a plan individual to you, and follow a structure that works.

Beth’s always been but suss our post wedding gains 😩😮💨🤤
We’re x2 years into training together and X4 months post wedding;
Pre wedding Beth was training:
x2 weight sessions &
X1 cardio (hit) per week.
Now we’re hitting:
X3 weight sessions
Increased LISS cardio
X4 months on and we’ve maintained our results as well as making more gains. 🤤

Thursday means deadlifts & tanning tonight. Who’s with me? 🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️
You’re either a tea person, or you’re addicted to caffeine and get withdrawal headaches without a morning coffee. ☕️ Which one are you?
It’s the non- scale victories for me 🙌🏼
Feeling confident and getting strong is what we’re all about at personal training.
This could be you. DM to get strong as heck.
BUILD HABITS ⬇️⬇️
Building balance and consistent habits is your best tool for success, and yet this is an area which so many women and people struggle with. If you’re always living in extremes, or starting again on Monday; I’ve got your solution. ⬇️
Breefit personal training (PT) offers a FREE habit tracker program, paired alongside your personal training sessions and workout program. This document helps you to stay accountable outside of PT, and tracks your consistency rates of daily movement, nutrition, water intake, exercise intensity and sleep. You set targets and goals realistic and specific to YOU and your lifestyle!
At the end of each week (or month- what works for you?) we can easily see and review what worked well, and which areas are letting you down. From here, we work together to modify targets and create “If/then” solutions. For example…
“If it’s raining during my 45min walk time, then I will go to the gym and walk on the treadmill instead. Even if it means I only get to do 20-30mins”.
➡️ If you’re sick of starting again on Monday
➡️ Always trying and never getting anywhere
➡️ Not seeing results
➡️ Simply want to know more
DM “build habits” to start a conversation and book a free, non obligation consult.
