Meet our international artist Elmar 🇵🇭🤩

Elmar is a talented tattoo artist from Cebu City, Philippines with over 10 years of experience in the field. Elmar began his journey with henna tattoos, but was then encouraged by his uncle to transition into permanent tattooing. He initially experimented with a homemade rotary machine borrowed from a neighbour. After securing a job at a hotel, Elmar used his first paycheck to purchase a complete tattoo kit. 😆

As a self-taught artist, he continuously refines his skills through video tutorials and local competitions, striving to improve and learn from others in the field. He finds immense joy in seeing his clients delighted with his work and appreciates the creative freedom to infuse his unique interpretation into each design. Tattooing has also allowed him to travel and meet diverse people, enriching his personal and professional life. 🙌🏼

Outside of tattooing, Elmar enjoys staying updated on industry trends, playing games, traveling with his partner, and experimenting with colored pencil drawings. ✏️
