We believe providing accessible career development pathways is essential to elevating the youth arts sector 🎨
So today we welcomed a group of First Nations year 10 students to our house to learn about careers in the arts industry!
Our team took them through different career pathways in the arts, plus how our programs can help kickstart their careers in the future.
This initiative is a part of the Department for Education's Aboriginal Career Exploration (ACE) program which helps students learn about career pathways from school to employment. 📝

Over 440 First Nations students from 35 schools participated in our Thriving People Festival last week! 🌟
Thriving People is a collaborative initiative between Carclew and Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) that connects local First Nations students with their culture through art and creativity.
Recently, our house came alive with weaving, dancing, painting, and carving workshops that were not only a lot of fun but also a fantastic opportunity for young people to build cultural and creative confidence.
