One of the best things we can do for our wellbeing is slow down and observe the beauty around us. Breathe it in, experience a moment of peace, joy, calm, stillness.
One of the things I love to slow down and witness is βlightβ in all of its forms.

The sounds of a waterfall soothe the soul and bring us into the present moment. The present moment anchors us, allowing us to release the pain that can come when we stay stuck in the past and release the grasping we so often feel when we contemplate the unknown of the future. ππ±πΏπ

FLOW. A sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction. Time feels like it has slowed down. Your senses are heightened. You are at one with the task at hand, as action and awareness sync to create an effortless momentum. #craniosacraltherapy #flowstate #upledgercraniosacraltherapy #somatichealing

One of our favourite ways to Find Our Calm on the weekend is to engage with art. Contemplating art can foster a sense of calm, reflection, curiosity and wonder - leaving us feeling more grounded and balanced. Art can also reflect the feelings and challenges that we experience in our lives and offers an opportunity to begin healing. Here is a short clip of a wonderful installation that Erin visited recently at Kiasma in Helsinki.

Today was a perfect day to take some meditation time in nature.
