Fun Fact 🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳
Did you know that once you have put all that delicious filling between the macarons shells that they need to sit in the fridge for at least 24hrs to "mature"
This 24hrs is magic, it gives the macaron its flavour and texture we all love 😍
