I’ve been working on something new, and so far the feedback has been amazing!!

The darkest of old gold choc, hand cut with a Dutch cocoa biscuit base, with just the right amount of sweetness.

Sourdough 😍 who loves sourdough. I am absolutely obsessed with perfecting my sourdough loaves and it certainly has many learning curves. I need to be making them everyday to experiment but it’s sooo muuuccchhhh bread! I am thinking while practicing I may offer half price loaves as they are far from perfect but it gives me more chance to practice and cover my costs. Even when I do perfect them it will be very limited for sale as they are very time consuming and expensive to make.

Who is interested in ordering my imperfect sourdough and happy to give me feedback along the way? Will be $5 each for a few weeks.

Oh and this has no yeast at all unlike the sourdough in most of the shops. I could add yeast like they do but that’s not really proper sourdough is it?

This starter I purchased all the way from San Francisco, supposedly it’s been kept alive since the gold rush days… How cool..😎

A rich vanilla butter cupcake made from scratch with a small amount of vanilla buttercream and of course… Sprinkles!! $20 for 6. I have 3 packs for sale today first in best dressed. And will add them to the menu and website as soon as I get a chance.

Last week I was booked out! This week it’s super quiet so that means I can do last minute orders.. I will also be working on some new things so I will post them as I make them (inc some every day less fancy cupcakes and loaf cakes) 😍.

Saturday and Sunday night are perfect for cookies and cupcakes - just saying..

Hi everyone I hope you’re having a great start in the morning. I had a bit of a scary day yesterday. Meta closed down all of my business pages and personal pages including this business and my silk bedding business with no notice whatsoever.

I lost all my customer details. I lost all my personal friends. I lost messenger and everything.

They actually did the same thing to me a few years back and it decimated my other business as I lost these accounts for over four months.

It certainly is quite scary for a business owner or even a personal person losing all these memories. I am a little scared this will happen again so please take note I do have a website, and maybe keep my contact details handy in case this happens again.

Appreciate everyone for the support and would hate to lose this page for no reason.

Anyway I am working on something pretty amazing today so I will post it later today. May also have something really pretty for sale so keep an eye out xx

Some days you just need to make soup! Woke up with a bad migraine, finally got out of bed and found this beautiful home grown pumpkin from my Dad 🩷

Who loves pumpkin soup as much as me. I wish I could add it to my Menulog menu. It’s so hard to find good soup made from scratch with NO fake stock.

It’s always a daily occurrence here, what on earth am I going to cook for dinner. Well tonight we had pizza! Sorry to all the Woodcroft residents for smoking you out… So the question is, do you have pineapple on your pizza ???

The past two years have been my toughest yet, battling my autoimmune illness and then an accident that left me with 14 screws and four plates in my right foot. It's been a wild ride.

There were times I wanted to give up, but I channeled that energy into my new project, Sugarlicious Treats. Now, with both businesses, I’m more inspired than ever.
