These butterflies are rare in Adelaide. The butterflies are currently in small populations in Elizabeth, Victoria Park (Pakapakanthi) and Morphett Vale (where this footage was shot).
Thank you to Hayley for spotting and recording this butterfly and uploading her sighting to @inaturalistorg. Recording sightings of these butterflies is very important to create a map of where they can be found and monitor how the populations are going.
