Workshops are so much fun and a great way to learn new techniques. Tonight we learnt how to use our trimmers more effectively and to save more of our favourite papers to use on a second page with our layout.

The tags were super cute bonus projects for attending in person!

We will be using the FULL OF LIFE 6x6
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER paper pack as pictured and the pages will be great for birthday photos. There are lots of colours in these papers so you can choose from blues, greens, pinks or yellow tones for your layout on the night. I have created the same layout in pinks for a 50th birthday and blues for chads birthday photos.

Cost $30
What to bring - adhesive, foam tape, scissors, journalling pen and the most important thing is photos.

You will need
1 x 5x7 landscape
4 x 3x4 landscape
1 x 4x4 square

Or

1 5x7 landscape
4 x 3x4 portrait
1 4x4 square

Please bring photos so you leave with a completed project. Harvey Norman you can order online and collect next day or kmart and officeworks are instant. If you are unable to attend and would like the kit your pages will not be stamped in accordance with Stampin' Up! Rules and you can add your own titles etc, however you will have everything else included. Thank you for understanding

This paper pack is perfect for Scrapbooking and cardmaking. It is my goal over the next week to share other creations I have made with this pack.

A huge congratulations to Kathryn who got photos onto her pages at the workshop and left with a completed layout, other than journalling.

Everyone's pages looked so beautiful. It was time consuming but wonderful so spend time chatting while cutting those flowers out.

Wow what a whirlwind its been!

With retreat and the craft fair its been so crazy here. But tomorrow is another day. There is going to be a Close To My Heart Stamp sale right here on my page this week!

An incredible weekend away for my annual papercrafting retreat. A weekend filled with laughter, catching up with old friends and making new friends.

Taking time out to do something for yourself is sometimes the best thing and especially when it comes right when you need it!
