The Digital Embassy is seeking a Digital Account Manager to support the project and business development activities for our Adelaide-based agency.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and deliver their projects and services for our agency. This includes sales and account management activities, and project management of creative, marketing, and web development initiatives.

The person we are looking for will have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience working with clients and delivering projects including websites, digital marketing services, and other related digital assets and services.

Knowledge of digital marketing, web design, and web development disciplines is essential. Current experience using platforms like WordPress, and Craft CMS is a bonus.

Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of great clients and produce quotes and proposals as required
· Manage and deliver digital projects to increase customer ROI
· Act as a point of contact for clients for digital management matters
· Report on project and web performance metrics

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields
· Strong understanding of digital marketing and website tools
· Experience implementing Google Adwords campaigns and account management

Salary
An attractive annual salary package is offered relative to experience.

The new Billy site is live! The new website includes improved navigation, updated content and a fresh new look and feel. We worked with the ECH Inc and Billy team from an initial website audit through to wireframes, design, copywriting, and launch.

Billy uses innovative technology to help older people maintain their independence and wellbeing. Using a series of small, discreet in-home sensors to Billy builds a picture of daily activities and then sends an alert to family and friends via an app if routine activities have been missed.
