265kg PB! Working week finally done and time for the heavy work! New PB and first time wearing shoes, had to take the new shoes for a test drive, they passed πŸ’ͺ😎

Some late night deadlifts last night. 260kg very happy. Walked in tired and sore so don’t know where I pulled that from but I’ll take it 😁

After pretty much 6-7 months off due to house Reno’s then getting into the lazy faze πŸ˜‚ I’m into my 4th week back and stoked to be able to pull a 240 deadlift already. Definitely lost strength at first and a lot of stamina but strength coming back and slowly the stamina is getting better! My aim coming back is to get a PB at SOMETHING in the gym… this rate maybe it’ll be deadlift πŸ€” Either way happy to get back in the grove and out of the lazy zone!! Now to drop the added reno/laziness weight aswell πŸ˜‚

280kg rack pull, first time attempting and felt good πŸ’ͺ

Considering we have only done deadlifts about 4 times in 7 months, Stevie still managed a nice 120kg for 3. Good work babe 😘

50s with a semi sore shoulder, elbow joint killing! Just gotta Push through the pain! Been awhile since Ive decided to go as heavy with shoulders but felt good apart from obvious πŸ™‚

Only the 3rd time deadlifting in 6months... still managed a nice 240kg top lift and dropped to 200x5... pretty happy Did 20x15 40x15 60x12 80x12 100x8 120x8 140x5 160x5 180x3 200x3 220x1 240x1 200x5

2 PBs today, 70kg a side on the dumbells and 100kg a side on the hammer incline, shoulder felt good so figured why not try πŸ™‚πŸ‘Œ
