Queen St Pilates Studio - one of Adelaide's leading Pilates studio's with a dedicated team of qualified instructors offering daily Equipment & Mat classes.
Our Pilates classes are 50 min in duration with only 4 clients per instructor for Equipment classes and 7 clients per instructor for Mat or Tower classes. This ensures you receive detailed individual attention and the best quality of instruction in every class. Sometimes when itโs cold outside the motivation for exercise can reduce however your body needs to move more than ever!
Movement helps get our circulation and metabolism fired up and also helps to boost our immunity.

Our Equipment Room offers Clinical Pilates tailored specifically for the individual to cater for rehab, pregnancy, various pathologies or sport specific and general well-being. A maximum of 4 participants per instructor.
Our Pilates Mat or Tower is a full body Pilates group class focussing on over strength, balance, mobility and coordination with a maximum of 7 per class. Lots of fun too!!
No matter which class you choose you will receive thoughtful, caring and qualified guidance from our beautiful instructor team.

Our Story
Our Pilates classes are one hour in duration with only 4 clients per instructor for equipment classes and 8 clients per instructor for mat classes. This ensures you receive detailed individual attention and best quality of instruction in every class.
Our classes are individually tailored to meet your own fitness requirements & are suitable for all ages, abilities & fitness levels. Studio Director Leanne Mollison has over 20 years experience teaching Pilates both nationally & internationally. All of our instructors are expertly trained at the highest possible standard having all completed the 40614SA Certificate IV & 40615SA Diploma in Pilates Therapy Instruction.
At our main studio space in Croydon we have physiotherapy massage therapists who work closely with our team of Pilates instructors giving our clients access to the best possible fitness & Allied Health service available.
