These sessions begin with my hands simply resting on the side of your head. During this time I will receive messages from your spirit guides that can bring so much healing in itself.

I am then guided as to which crystals to use and I will share with you why spirit has chosen these particular crystals.
Some crystals are placed on the body while others will surround the body 💖

Then the Reiki begins (well the Reiki actually begins at the beginning of the session) 🥰
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing where the hands are placed on the body.
I also clear the chakras if needed during this time 😍
Reiki is perfect for the physical, emotional and mental.

Sound healing, which is also an ancient form of healing, creates vibrations which travel through the body promoting circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.

At the end of the hour, the crystals are quietly removed while you continue to enjoy the peace 💜

By circumstance and not choice, this woman learned to independence fiercely. She had learned how to lean on herself when nobody was there to lean on. Innumerable battles fought and won solo.

Behind that "I can do it alone" front is a woman who has endure more pain than most understand. She became so accustomed to holding it down by herself, her emotional guard had been up for far too long She finds solace in her lonely strength
