Meet Lisa, our new Support Coordinator . Lisa had previously worked at RDAS Wodonga (6 months) and as a Support Coordinator (2.5 years). Lisa would like to consolidate her knowledge from the advocacy sector to planning and assisting participants with achieving their goals and reaching their outcomes as a Support Coordinator.

We want to introduce Jodie, our new Support Coordinator at Social Plus Support Coordination. Jodie has extensive experience in the care department as she originally began with Aged Care (30 years) and then transitioned to disability (3 years) shortly after. Jodie is a big believer in helping people, as is evident in her past career path and volunteering as a firefighter in her spare time.
