. Been doing infrared for about 6 weeks after my heavy days, every leg workout and some back sessions. I get zero soreness after doing infrared. I’ve noticed it only works if I have the sauna straight after and no longer around 4 hours after training. Also anything less than 30min I’ll still get soreness. So I’ll get in about 35-40min ideally I’d like to get in an hour but with a busy schedule can’t fit it in. I primarily use it for recovery to stop my muscle soreness but I’ve also noticed my sleep is always better after sauna. I’ll be trying to implement it 3 times a week and see how it goes.
