Welcome to 2024!

I hope circumstances allowed you some downtime to spend the Christmas and New Years with friends and family or some time to rest and reflect on your past year. With the new year comes a chance for a fresh start, new goals, and new dreams. As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, let’s continue to grow and thrive together. The new year is a reminder that change is constant. As we enter a new year, let’s remember that every challenge we have faced only makes us stronger. The dawn of a new year offers a chance to visualise our future and set new goals. A new year brings new opportunities and possibilities.

The conversations I had with people last year- family, friends, patients (as well as my own stuff!) - revealed a general theme of 2023. Adapting to changing circumstances, overwhelm, “finding” oneself, introspection, major life circumstances that change our world / being, reflection and transformation. It seemed many found 2023 challenging and I hope as we enter a new year, we all continue to learn, grow, and be inspired.

January can leave us feeling a bit depleted after the rush to Christmas and therefore, investing time in your personal wellbeing is a gift to yourself. This is the time of year many of us reassess our goals for our health, happiness, future, wellbeing and finances. It was so easy to lose sight of our health goals as the end of year ramped up, but now is the time to reset and focus on how we want to live 2024.

If health is on the top of your list, I would love to continue to assist you with your journey towards better physical and mental health. After some down-time over holidays, I have had some time to reset and feel ready to hold space for your healing in a gentle and uplifting manner for 2024.

I hope you will continue on this amazing world of Chinese medicine (or massage and reflexology) to assist you with your health goals, whether it be for mental health, physical wellbeing, transformation or pure relaxation. With so many struggling with their mental health due to life’s challenges, stress, overburden, disconnection, physical health, lack of purpose, to name a few, we often need to check in with ourselves as well as family and friends. Today honours our mental health, encouraging activities that bring us joy, checking in with those you care about, and focus on self care.

It can be as wonderfully simple as smiling at yourself in the mirror, smiling at a stranger, taking a walk in the sunshine, patting an animal, sitting down for a cuppa, giving someone a hug, or wearing your favourite colour.

I hope you find something today that brings you or another joy or peace or connectedness. 💕

A NEW CLINIC SPACE IS COMING…

Tuesday July 5th

Situated on the GROUND LEVEL next door to Kevin Paisley eyewear.

An amazing opportunity has fallen in my lap, so the time has come for me to grow and expand my business to bring you more opportunities to assist with your health.

Yesterday was my last day practicing at the Healthy Hub Wellness Centre. It all felt a bit surreal and sad saying goodbye, but my time at the Healthy Hub has been a wonderful journey of growth, friendship and learning with the support from Stacey and Luke for this opportunity over the last 3 years, as well as the fantastic community of practitioners and the hub of the cafe downstairs.

This coming week is a crazy “get everything ready for opening” week, so I won’t be taking on any appointments for the last week of June.

I am looking forward to this exciting change and sharing this new space with you. More to come…
