1hd-ft pump build. This pump came off a 500,000 km landcruiser and will be rebuilt to standard spec. As well as performance pumps, we rebuild plenty of pumps to factory spec using all genuine parts.

1hd-ft pump and +40 injectors set for 300hp.

This set up will be going on a mechanical converted 1hd-fte.
Customer couldn't source a factory ft pump, so staring with a 1hz core we have converted this pump using all genuine internal parts.

Some other parts like ACSD and idle up levers were not used at customers request. These parts however can be sourced and used if required.

2016 Isuzu MU-X, Automatic, 3.0L 4JJ1-4 cyl diesel.

The customer bought us in their MU-X for a custom tune to suit their needs.
This vehicle was previously fitted with an iDrive throttle control that we removed prior to tuning.
The customer’s main concern was fuel economy as they have a big trip ahead towing a 26ft caravan.

After some time on the dyno focusing more on fuel economy then power gain’s the MU-X gained just over 26% of torque all the way to 3000rpm.
And also an increase of 24% power carrying all the way through the rpm range.

With the extra low down torque and power were it is needed the fuel savings will be noticed both driving around town and towing the caravan.

Some new beadlock rings we had made to replace the bent steel rings on the dynamic beadlocks. We've also had steel spacer rings cut to suit these tyres so the bolts pull up tight and won't bend and break. We may offer these as an upgrade for those running 17inch dynamic beadlocks if there is enough interest.

1HZ Boost Compensated 10mm pump to suit turbo
This one has been setup to 60cc no boost, and 75cc's at 12psi as per customers request.

Another run of Zd30 Di hi flow injectors done. These run a genuine Bosch DLC coated nozzle and retain the factory spray angle. These are good for 200+kw with supporting mods
