Some say CrossFit seems scary or intimidating…well maybe if you’re going to the CrossFit Games but mostly it’s just a heap of super awesome people who sign up and workout together while cheering and supporting each other! It’s not intimidating, it’s actually really freaking cool and I truly believe everyone can and should do it at some capacity 😎

As a box owner, coach and mum of 5, watching mums and dads lead by example in showing our youth of today that gyms are healthy, fun and rewarding is just what they need right now! These are some of the childhood memories that are imprinted in their minds of their parents. Strong, fit and healthy. This is also what helps keep parents capable of giving their best self to their kids.

In Honour of: Sergeant Matthew Locke
“Background: This Hero WOD is dedicated to Sergeant Matthew Locke, who paid the ultimate price for his country on October 25, 2007.
Locke is a recipient of the Medal for Gallantry, awarded for bravery, the third highest award in the Australian honours system. During Operation Spin Ghar, with his patrol entrusted with setting up an observation post in Tarin Kowt, Oruzgan province, the patrol was compromised by militia after a 10-hour foot infiltration up the side of a mountain.
Sergeant Locke, without regard for his own personal safety, led a two-man team to neutralize the Anti-Coalition Militia in order to protect the patrol from being overrun, and in effect repeatedly exposed himself to intense rifle and machine gun fire.

Kicking off next Wednesday, 12th July 6:15.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are included in our membership plans.
These classes are also open to non-members at $15 per class.
