Sometimes life can get tough and negative thoughts can creep in. This is a reminder that you are amazing, beautiful and strong, even if you think you’re not…. Others can see how awesome you are… believe in your self, you’ve got this!

Kids are always on the go and have to be doing something all the time! Like adults, kids need a tune up as well and help regulate the nervous system. The boys shown in photos are having their balance checked and adjusted so they are ready to do whatever adventure is next.

In summary of access bars, it feels like a hour long head massage while opening up partular points in the head. Most people who get it done are so relaxed, they fall asleep while being treated. I am back at the clinic and can’t wait to see you all again! I thought I’d take this chance to explain what I do and over the upcoming weeks provide more information on each modality I do.
I work as a holistic practitioner, which is looking at the whole body not just one area. I am qualified in Kinesiology, Emmett, lymphatic (including lymphoedema and lipodema), physiokey and access bars.
Below is what kinesiology is all about . I am qualified to work with babies, children and adults. Kinesiology is great for calming the body due to stress or trauma, it’s also great to help with retained reflexes, help the immune system or if you just feel blah.

2 years ago last week I started taking clients for Kinesiology. I have been so blessed to have met 100’s of people who have trusted me. I’ve worked with babies to the elderly and people have traveled hours for an appointment. Thankyou to everyone of my clients for allowing me to be part of your life, you all are amazing xx
