Insurance repairs, we do it all. Customer clipped a tree branch and didn’t realize the seal was damaged on the front J mold. Unfortunately left it out in the weather for months. Tear down,new frame work and cladding back on the road again thanks to the professional team at Trounce Caravans service centre.

water damage from a window leak, cut out and rectify the damage. Replace the front faded J mold and replaced the worn out awning at the same time and a full service.

Ready to go

This is why it’s important to have your caravan serviced every 12 months or 10’000kms. This off-road vans suspension bolts are long overdue for tension check and were loose resulting in cracked and broken mount plates.

Pop top in for some much needed repairs. Replaced the tunnelboot door, the awning and re seal of the roof, along with a replacement of the internal roof sheets from a previous dodgy job. An undercarriage service as well. Fitted a small roof mount solar and battery pack for a bit of free camping. Now as good as new and ready to hit the road!

Caravan in for an insurance job. Customer brushed a tree branch without knowing, which has caused a water leak at the rear of the van. Reclad rear and re seal hatch. Reframe and sheet rear wall. Update the rear cladding with black checker.

Caravan in for a fridge issue not cooling. Diagnosed blocked cooling unit. Removed the fridge and replaced the cooling unit. Fridge now working as it should.

Jayco camper in for insurance work. Aircon motor fusion. We replaced the aircon with the latest Houghton 2800 pop top aircon with inverter compressor, more power than the old Truma it replaced with the same weight.
