Captured Frames
A collective of worldwide wedding photographers and videographers capturing moments that move us. From books, comics were born. From pictures, movies were born.
The world used to share stories by 'story tellers'
One day God gave man a rock, and with that rock he would draw moments that he felt were noteworthy. Soon man created words, and with words, human kind could record important events that they felt were significant. From radio, podcasts. Instrument to Orchestra
Fast forward a few thousand years and we have twitter publicizing innermost thoughts an
So lately we’ve been posting up some pretty posey groom photos which is actually only a fraction of what the groom and his groomsmen get up to on a wedding day.
To be honest, most of the time we’re goofing around and actually just doing ridiculous photos with the boys - because what’s a wedding with out funny poses and just having a good time. If you’ve been journeying with us for a long time, you would know that we’re all about the fun, genuine and emotional moments. So let your hair down, enjoy the moment and don’t sweat it - we’ll make you look good effortlessly if you trust our vision.

Next up we have Kris & his boys out on George street. Most of the time guys get ready in like 45 minutes so the rest of the time if you’re in a cool location, why not get out like these boys did.
For the next few days we’re going to be sharing some love to our solo groom prep shots that undeservingly don’t get much limelight. Whilst sometimes it feels like so much attention gets put on the bride, can we just give some love to appreciate these snaps taken of Pat absolutely killing it and holding the fort down on his wedding day 🤙🏽

For those who have been following our Captured Frames journey, I’m sure you’ve seen our lead videographer .c behind the camera capturing beautiful moments for our couples. To be honest, last weekend was pretty surreal to watch him and his beautiful wife tie the knot - it only felt like yesterday when he graduated high school and started shooting for us. What a beautiful wedding it was and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for you both ✨ Congratulations my friends. 🤍🤍🤍

Little cheeky grab from this weekend at
I don’t think I have the words to describe this beautiful moment that unfolded as Fabio & Gianina walked out of the chapel doors to be greeted by Nonna.
I might say though, it was a nice reminder that my favourite photos have always been when our couples forget that there are cameras pointed at them and just let go.
And it’s these genuine moments that I live to capture.
Cheeky midday post (or close enough) because why not ✨

This bouquet by was an absolute dream to photograph. We don’t often post details on our grid but capturing the finer details is something we don’t skimp on when shooting your wedding day - we know the countless hours of research and deciding on what vendors you want to use on your special day takes a lot of time and energy ✨ Often you can’t appreciate them as much as you’d like to but that’s what we’re there for. To immortalise those memories.
There are times in a photographer’s career when you take a photo that changes the direction and thought process of how you approach a wedding day. This was one of them for me, but not purely because we thought of it as a money shot or it’ll bring in more clients.
10:00pm: The reception had finished, guests had left. John and Rochelle kindly agreed to stay around for a short while for some shots we had envisioned... 35 minutes later we were still shooting and Adrian really was apologetic for how long we were taking (tbh we were all still having fun).
John and Rochelle proceeded to say “Please stop apologising, We WANT to be here, we’re here for you.”
That really hit home for us because it was a gentle reminder that in as much as we want to give of our talents, John and Rochelle CHOSE us and continued to GIVE us opportunities and their time to chase our vision in creating art out of their special day.
There’s something beautiful about how we as photographers have the opportunity to create art out of one of the most special moments of people’s lives. We’ve been in this industry for almost 10 years and have always fought to capture those fleeting and stolen moments that occur throughout a wedding day (not to say we haven’t had hiccups before, because boy have we also made some mistakes in the past). They’re long days on our feet with some gigs going 8+ hours without food but what keeps us going is the gratitude we have for our couples who believe in our work and our mission to create for them, the best day possible.
So in summation, in as much as we felt we were there for Rochelle and John, it was very moving to hear that they were here for us, to support us and our vision.
And in reflection after writing this, it has always been the case for all our past couples.
So this is a thank you to all the dream teams we’ve gotten to work with, we really wouldn’t be where we are now without you all.
Love,
The Captured Frames Team
