LDM CONSTRUCTION GROUP is looking for 1-2+ grounds maintenance labourers for a mowing contract in the Bathurst area with possible expansion into the orange/Lithgow areas.

Casual positions available with up to 40hrs plus per week which may lead into a full time position after 6months.

General duties carried out will be:
Mowing lawns
Maintaining gardens
Pressure washing
Basic cleaning
small rubbish removal
Gutter cleaning

Pay rates will average $28-$35p/hr depending on experience.

Hours may be 4x 10hr days or 5x 8 hour days
May vary week to week.

What we need from you:
Great communication
Able to work in a team environment
Reliable
Great work ethic
White card
Drivers licence
Police check will be required (done in house)
Ability to do overtime/weekends
Possible travel.

•Lights removed and cleaned.

Getting back into 2023 with a 16kw ducted swap over. The old Mitsubishi electric decided to give up after 10+ years. The team installed a new daikin 16kw and replaced the damaged return air grill for the customer.
