Eligible people can pay off their fines through activities such as:

– Counselling

Tai Chi for Body Mind Balance
Seated Tai Chi exercises are a gentle way to move your body which is suited for older adults and seniors. Seated Tai Chi sessions will help improve posture, body strength and mobility whilst sitting down.
Where: The Neighbourhood Centre, 96 Russell St, Bathurst.
When: Every Wednesday.
Time: 10.00am – 10.45am.

Are you the carer of a loved one with Dementia?
Would you like to join our fun & supportive D CAF group where you can relax and socalise together in a safe and supportive setting?
D CAF is a meeting place here at The Neighbourhood Centre where carers and their loved one who is suffering memory loss, can relax and socialise and discover ways to live well with Dementia.
(To maintain the fun and supportive small group environment enjoyed by our members, bookings are essential)
D CAF happens Wednesday mornings 10am – 12pm.
Activities may include:

It is a free service we can offer organisations, groups and services who rely on the participation of volunteers.
The aim of the network is to increase Volunteer Organisation's capacity to engage and support volunteers.
We can provide information about a range of topics, depending on the needs of Volunteer Managers.
Meetings will include guest speakers, information and support and case studies.
A new innovation will be our monthly blog to share Good News Stories.

The Neighbourhood Centre remains a key link in the Bathurst community whilst also supporting the Central West, Orana and Far West Regions of NSW
The Neighbourhood Centre started 40 years ago as BINC (Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre) providing information about service and activities in Bathurst and surrounding areas and they are still doing this today and much more.
