I know the rule of thumb is that you learn something new every day, and since I have started this journey, that is more true now than ever.
I have learnt more about myself than I would ever have thought possible and for this I am truly grateful.
I have also learnt that perhaps people don't know me as well as I thought they did, so here's a few facts about me....

* I love my family & friends
* I have made stupid mistakes in my life and this has caused me a lot of grief over the years
* I genuinely want to help people and to assist them in finding happiness and a purpose.
* everything that I do, comes from the heart.

If I mention Kyani to you, I will admit to you now that I am doing it with an ulterior motive.
