Hello! A couple of little updates!

For those eagerly waiting: Archie’s Slides have been pre-ordered with delivery expected late August/ early September! I’ve ordered all 4 available colours and I’m very excited to get them in for you.

I’m also appearing to have some issues with the work phone. I sincerely appologise for any missed calls and msgs. Working with Telstra has been well.. a process. If i haven’t gotten back to you please try again!

And for my gorgeous clients who watched a ticking Ticketek page for me, for 2 days last week, I’m stoked to report that I did infact secure tickets to Ms. Swift and thank you all for your help!

Today we're getting a little scientific.

We see a lot of people who want to have their feet checked as they have been having chronic lower back pain that just won't shift! And this is totally valid. Back pain can be debilitating at ANY age.

Hylton Menz and his colleagues did a HUGE study of 1930 participants over 4 years. Their results showed there was a significant correlation between "pronated foot function" and low back pain in women!

Obviously, there is no one size fits all approach to treatment and pain but if this is resonating with you, book a consult and let us check your gait out!
