Season change and stock availability play a major part in what is placed in your order.

I do ask if there is a preference for what you'd like or what you'd like me to avoid as people tend to steer away from the stronger cheeses - blue in particular!

This gives you an idea of what (and how much!) is placed in a large charcuterie order.
