Cardio U Progression 5/6 We have some huge sessions in store as we get towards the end of this training block. A lot of the work we have done across the last 6 or so weeks should have helped prepare you for these tougher sessions. - 4 Exercises - 5 min blocks - Alternate between a working exercise and an active recovery exercise. - 2 laps of your screen - Follow the heart rate prescription to secure a gold medal Come prepared for a big session and let’s fill the screens up with medals!
