The fastest way to clear and protect your energy is grounding to the earth - this can be done in a few minutes. It’s easy!

Simply find a quiet place to stand barefoot on the earth and bringing attention to your breath, let go of throughts and turn into your body.
Notice the feeling of nature connecting to your body - the suns warmth on your face, the gentle breeze on your skin, the feeling of the earth beneath your feet and allow yourself to be held by the natural elements.
Taking a deep breath call mother earths energy up through the soles of your feet. You may see cords or tree roots from your feet going down into the earth - call the energy up through your body, feeling the calming sensation through every part until it reaches the top of your head and then picturing a light above your head to the heavens fill your energy field picturing a bubble around you, with light.

You can then picture this energy bubble sealed for the day and you will feel balanced, anchored and protected.
